This is my attempt at cataloging every piece of official artwork relating to Persona 1. Please contact me if you have higher-resolution scans or any images that are missing from here. Click to view the images in their full resolution.
The vast majority of these are reuploads from the Megaten Wiki and Vesk's drive. Images may be duplicated if there are differences in colour or scan quality.

The Persona concept sketches were originally from Vesk's tumblr here. The notes within the sketches are instructions on how to color the Personas.

Google Translation of the sketch notes:
- Vesta is the Roman goddess of hearth. Her distinctive features include a clown-like hat and the lack of legs. Her entire body is covered in leather.
- Gozu Tenno, the deity enshrined at Kyoto's Gion Shrine and other shrines. Depending on the legend, he is sometimes identified with Susanoo. The entangled horns extending from his mask make a striking impression.
- Aizen Myoo is the Buddha of love in Esoteric Buddhism. He believes that the lusts and desires of all living beings are the very essence of enlightenment. While most Buddhist statues depict him as a man with a frightening face, here he is depicted as a woman. Perhaps the most human-like of all.
- Lakshmi is the goddess of beauty in Hindu mythology. Her protruding back of the head gives her an alien-like appearance. The rubber material used in this figure comes from the clothing that Kaneko also loves to wear.
- Kali, the goddess of war in Hindu mythology. The protrusions on her chest are an amazing design. The accordion part is almost impossible to see on the game screen.
- Shiva is the god of destruction in Hindu mythology. Both Kali and Shiva had rough designs that were different from the versions shown on page
- Garuda is a bird god from Hindu mythology. The cape, the pose, the mask... it's hard not to be reminded of old anime. The pipes are also cool.
- Vishnu is the chief deity and creator god in Hindu mythology. Many people remember his face because he has appeared in commercials, but few people would know that he is Vishnu.
- Durga is the transformed form of Kali. With her hat-like mask and rubber-like clothing, this is the most outrageous outfit of all the ones shown here.
- Shomen Kongo is another name for the Koshin, who is often enshrined along roadsides. This is the protagonist's initial persona and is one that you will likely see activated many times. The design has a slightly special effects feel to it.
- Urvashi is one of the Apsaras, heavenly water spirits that appear in Indian mythology. This design strongly expresses the dancing side of the water spirit.
- Hanuman is a heroic god in Hindu mythology, and is said to be the prototype of Son Goku/Sun Wukong. The only thing that remains of his monkey-like appearance this time is his tail. The shape of his head looks familiar...

Persona 20th Anniversary (2016)
The following is the key art for the Persona 20th Festival, created by Azusa Shimada from P-Studio who also worked on Persona 5, Strikers, and P5: The Animation. She was the Art Director for P3: Reload.
