Alongside the release of Persona 1 was supplementary material such as guidebooks, official novelisations, CD dramas and a manga adaptation. Given the first game's age and relative obscurity, few such materials have been preserved, much less translated into English.
Luckily, there has been an upsurge in interest the past few years, so many of these materials are finally seeing the light of day. Please email me if you see any dead links.

Megami Ibunroku Persona Manga
女神異聞録ペルソナ 神取の野望
A manga adaptation of Megami Ibunroku Persona, spanning eight volunes and written by Shinshū Ueda from 1996 to 27 September 2000. It greatly expands upon the protagonist's backstory and is the source of the MC's commonly used name, Naoya 'Naorin' Toudou.
Fully translated in 2016 by Megaten Translations. It can be read on Mangadex here. The raw scans were originally uploaded to Mediafire by Dahl Scans in the early 2010s.
On 30 August 2025, a digital rerelease of the manga was made available. You can buy it off JP Amazon.
Megami Ibunroku Persona: Shadow Maze
女神異聞録ペルソナ シャドウメイズ
Shadow Maze is an official novelization of Megami Ibunroku Persona, written from the perspective of Maki. Authored by Naoko Korekata and published by Aspect Novels on 4 May 1997.
The MC in this is a half-American named Jihei 'Jay' Suzakuin. The chapter with Maki's Ideal World versions of her classmates is cute.
Megami Ibunroku Persona Drama CDs (1997 + 2009)
Two CD drama volumes were created after the release of Megami Ibunroku Persona.
Volume 1 was released on 21 December 1997 and covers the events of Persona 1 up until the SEBEC infiltration, while Volume 2 was released on 1 July 1998 and covers the events of the Snow Queen Quest. The MC's name is both these volumes is Yuuya Narumi.
The 1997 CD dramas have been translated by pipeds/Glenn Mostoles in 2015 and can be watched with English subs on Youtube here and here.
Following the release of the PSP port, Drama CD Persona was released on 18 September 2009. It was uploaded online by p1scans in September 2014 here and was archived by Autism_Personified127 in 2021 here as part of a P1-4 music and drama collection.

女神異聞録ペルソナ 神取の野望
A prequel written from the perspective of Takahisa Kandori as he navigates the politics of SEBEC and heads the company's research division on a matter-transporting machine. Authored by Jun Nanbara and published by Victor Novels in 1997.

Megami Ibunroku Persona: Digital Collection CD-ROM
A CD-ROM produced by Atlus in 1998 for Windows 95, featuring a collection of 12 minigames and some downloadable wallpapers. It is set during the St Hermelin High School festival after the events of the game.
Uploaded here by p1scans in 2014, with instructions on how to run it using Daemon Tools. It was also uploaded on Archive.org, but has since been deleted and reuploaded.

Megami Ibunroku Persona: Ikū no Tō-hen
女神異聞録ペルソナ 異空の塔編
Developed and published by bbmf in 2006, Ikū no Tō-hen (Tower of Another Sky) was originally released as a cellphone game in Japan. It features the Persona 1 cast becoming stranded by the haywire DEVA System in a demon-infested tower, which they must ascend to return home.
In September 2023, it was re-released for Nintendo Switch and Windows as part of the G-Mode Archives and can be bought on Steam here.
An English fan-translation patch is available for download here. The title has been localised to 'Anomalous Tower Chronicles'.
Megami Ibunroku Persona: Official Step-by-Step Guide
女神異聞録ペルソナ: 手とり足とり公式ガイド
Published on 4 October 1996 by Famitsu, this guidebook was released two weeks after Megami Ibunroku Persona in Japan. It contains a page of short fan comics about the game on page 10, 11, 19 and 24, including one with Aleph from SMT2.
It was scanned by rev's junkyard on 16 March 2025 and can be read here.
Persona no Subete
女神異聞録ペルソナのすべて
A guidebook published by Daisuke Narisawa／CB'S Project in 1996 with unique clay models of demons and illustrations of masks.
P1scans partially scanned the male and female character profiles in 2014. I find these earlier scans to have slightly more vivid colours compared to the full book uploaded by zerothequeen.
Persona Official Guidebook
女神異聞録ペルソナ 公式ガイドブック
As expected of a guidebook, it contains information about the game, including dungeon maps, fusion tables, and Persona stats. It was first published by ASCII on 9 January 1997.
It notably contains an interview with Cozy, Kaneko, and Tadashi about the development of Persona 1, which has been scanned by Veskscans and translated by TurquoiseHammer. It is available to read here.
It is also the origin of the infamous 'Kaneko in the flower fields' image.
Megami Ibunroku Persona Club Book
女神異聞録 ペルソナ倶楽部
A fan-contributed book featuring character profiles, submitted fanart, and occasional developer commentaries. It was published in 1997 by Daisuke Narisawa／CB'S Project.
Dalaamclouds has translated the character profiles here and is in the process of archiving them here. The version listed on Archive.org is missing a few pages.
Megami Ibunroku Persona: Digital Collection Booklet
An accompanying booklet for the Digital Collection CD-ROM, containing fanart, cosplay, and most significantly, interviews with the creators of Persona 1. Scanned by p1scans here in 2013.

Persona World Guidance
Published in 2001 after the release of Persona 2: Eternal Punishment, this contains a variety of information about the world and characters of Persona 1 and the Persona 2 duology.

Megami Ibunroku Persona Original Soundtrack & Arrange Album

Composers: Hidehito Aoki, Kenichi Tsuchiya, Misaki Okibe, and Shoji Meguro.
Released in 1997 and consisting of 48 tracks present in Persona 1, this album also contains 6 extra arranged tracks and a separate CD with a compilation of character voices.

Released in 2009, the soundtrack for the Persona 1 PSP port was entirely rearranged by Shoji Meguro and features six new vocal performances that can be listened to here. It was archived in August 2022 by THJohn.
